Not All Opportunity is the Same

The United States is in the momentum phase and many people would say the first consultants were the lucky ones. Maybe, Maybe not. They didn't have the technical support and almost no one had heard of the company although yes, knew the Proactiv doctors. They didn't have the large income statements to point to.  In 2016 Rodan + Fields hit 1 Billion in sales and became the number one brand across all price points and markets. Considered a brand disruptor, like Amazon, still only has 10% of the market in the US. 

Going global into 180 countries like they did with Proactiv, they launched Canada in February 2015 and Australia September 2017. Next up is believed to be England. 

Every time a new country is launched, the business cycle starts over there and the entrepreneurs who get in early will be happy they did. Why? The volume now can never be made up again. This is called First Mover Advantage. 

The consultants now have all the technology, the Harvard Business School case study and brand recognition to stand on as well as knowing this is a legacy brand. Rodan and Fields is going to be around for decades and entreprenuers who partner with them will have a stream of risidual income for the rest of their lives that can be willed to their children.
